United Kingdom (InTrec)


Overview

SEAMEO RIHED has conducted the study visit programmes to the United Kingdom for Thai senior university administrators since 2006 until present. In each annual programme, participants are offered the opportunity to learn about university governance and management, quality assurance, including other emerging trends and concerns in the British higher education context. The programme will be expanded to participants in other Southeast Asian Countries in the near future.

Objectives

  • To conduct a study visit programme for the university administrators in Southeast Asian countries on a selected higher education topic
  • To provide opportunities for the university administrators in Southeast Asian countries to meet and exchange ideas and information among those in the group and with the university administrators in the UK.
