Thirty two higher education administrators in Thailand participated in the First SEAMEO RIHED Educational Programme to USA during 13-21 April 2008. The event was organized by SEAMEO RIHED and Association of Governing Boards of Universities ans Colleges, the report of the programme can access soon.
